Hamel and band will be doing a special show at the North Sea Jazz festival on July 11th. The NPS will broadcast interviews and the show on Radio 6, Radio 2 and the tv channel Ned 3 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

At the national tv show Knevel & Van den Brink, Hamel received a Gold Record Award for the sales exceeding 15.000 copies of his second album 'Nobody's Tune' in the Netherlands.
