The event is organized by LYMEC and its member organisation Jeunes du Mouvement Reformateur (Jeunes MR), with the support of the ALDE Group in the Committee of the Regions.
The seminar will examine different aspects of mobility between Europe’s regions, what are the obstacles to this mobility and liberal solutions to ov...ercoming them. Special focus will be given to the case study of Euregio Meuse-Rhin. As always, we will look at the issue also from the unique perspective of young people. Interesting speakers and workshops will allow the participants to learn more about the subject of interregional mobility in Europe. We have equally envisaged various social activities and interesting opportunities for you to experience Liege and its surroundings.Lees meer

the first ever LYMEC event in Wallonia!

This event is organised in cooperation with our Belgian member organisations: Jeunes MR and Jong VLD.
As is the case with every Autumn Executive Committee, we will be discussing in Brussels membership applications of new organisations waiting to join us and help spread liberalism across our continent. Additionally, we ...will be reviewing membership fees and discussing the Program of Action for 2009. The importance of this program of action to be implemented in the year of European elections cannot be stressed enough. The EC will also vote on the approval of the Secretary-general, as well as on the composition of the newly established Committee of Discipline and Arbitrage.
As we have informed you previously, the Extraordinary Congress to take place in conjunction with the EC, will have on its agenda the election of a new Bureau Member (following the resignation of Riku Eskelinen). For the Extraordinary Congress, we will equally open the possibility for submission of regular resolutions.
