Lori We had hoped to come back, and even stay in the same place as we did so many years before, but I think we know that even if we wer to stay in the same place, it would not be the same, time goes by and although some things stay the same, we have changed. So we may still come back to visit our wonderful place , but it wi...ll forever be different for sll of us! Thank you for keeping this paradise so amazingly beautiful and untouched by time. Chow Curacao, I will forever love my Tropical Family Memories of 1981!! =)
Lori After 28 years I still remember most of the shopping, crossing that floating bridge, the way the natives spoke and the gentleness and peace the surrounded the people of this tropical paradise. All this and I have not even begun to touch on the beauty of our surroundings. It was amazing. I understand from a friend that... it is still as awesome as back then and that they still visit often.
Lori I have been in love with Curacao since I was 15 years old. My family came here in the summer of 1981. As far as our family vacations went back then, Curacao was the BEST we had ever had. We were free to come and go as we wanted. For a 15 and 13 year old girl from Fort Lauderdale, Florida with was a big deal. Of course... their were some boys tht helped make this vacation super special but they were not the only great thing in Curacao.
